SQL Server Transformation Service

I spent whole day working on SQL Transformation service, and at least get a simple transformation done, create a file, and the ftp the result to another machine. However, I am still struggling to figure out:

• How to support Secure FTP with Integration Service.
• How to setup error handling
• How to define success criteria for a flow element in Control Flow
