Interesting issue about SSIS and VMWare

I was a bit puzzle when I got the following error when running a SSIS (SQL Server Integration Service) job:

• An inconsistency was detected during an internal operation in database 'tempdb'(ID:2) on page (1:5193). Please contact technical support. Reference number 3.

A few things worth noticing:

• SSIS is running in a VM with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 under a VMWare 1.0.7 environment
  
• Restarting SQLServer does NOT resolve the problem
• I have ANOTHER VM running at the same time.

So my solution was stopping both of the VM that was running, and then only run ONE VM at a time. I eventually got the problem resolved ... or at least the problem doesn't show up again.

I still don't know if it's because 2 VMs are running at the same time.
